Equipment Introduction
It is composed of front support, feed hopper, screw, filter screen, juice container, rear support, slag discharge groove and other parts. The left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat. The motor drives the screw to work through a pair of V-belt pulleys.
operational principle
The main component of this equipment is the spiral, which gradually increases the bottom diameter and decreases the pitch along the direction of the slag outlet. When the material is pushed forward by the spiral, the reduction of the volume of the spiral cavity forms the squeezing of the material.
The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise when viewed from the feeding hopper towards the slag groove.
The raw materials are added to the feeding hopper and compressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom juicer through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The size of the gap can be adjusted by the axial movement of the pressure regulating head. When transferring the handwheel bearing seat clockwise by hand (looking from the slag discharge groove of the equipment to the feeding hopper), the pressure regulating head should be turned to the left, and the gap should be reduced. Otherwise, the gap should be increased. Changing the size of the gap, that is, adjusting the resistance of the slag, can change the juice yield. However, if the gap is too small, under strong compression, some particles of the slag will be squeezed out together with the juice through the filter screen. Although the juice output increases, the quality of the juice will relatively decrease. The size of the gap should depend on the specific process requirements of the user.
