Equipment Introduction
The vacuum vacuum vacuum concentration tank includes five components: concentrator, condenser, vapor-liquid separator, cooler, and receiving barrel. The concentrator is a jacket structure, the condenser is a tubular structure, and the cooler is a coil structure. This equipment is suitable for the concentration of feed liquids in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals, and can be used for alcohol recovery and simple reflux limiting. The contact part between the equipment and materials is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and complies with GMP pharmaceutical standards.
Characteristics of vacuum vacuum vacuum concentration tank:
1. To prevent material contamination, all parts of the vacuum vacuum vacuum concentrator that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
2. To improve the effectiveness of gas-liquid separation and capture of mist, an air filter filter layer is added at the top of the concentration tank.
3. To overcome the disadvantage of the secondary steam at the top of the concentration tank being condensed before entering the condenser and returning to the tank. This equipment will change the condenser to a slanted horizontal type.
4. To improve the production capacity of the equipment, the heating area, condensation area, and cooler area of the concentration tank jacket will be increased by different procedures.
5. To prevent dead corners in the discharge pipe of the concentration tank, stainless steel spherical cocks are used in this product and installed directly at the bottom of the tank.
6. A quick opening hand hole is installed at the bottom of the concentration tank to clean the residual liquid and residue inside the tank.
